Terms of Use Last update: August 29 2006
We like to focus on writing code and not on writing legal texts, so these terms of use is not your regular long legal essay, but rather just an appeal to everyone's common sense First of all, vector4 cannot and does not accept any responsibility for the information and code provided on MDXInfo, since they're only sponsoring this site and are no contributing party. Along similar lines, using MDXInfo does in no way constitute any relationship with vector4 and does not entitle you to any services rendered or guarantees offered to their normal customers.
All information, source code and other, is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind as to its accuracy, completeness or fitness for any particular use. So if it does anything faulthy, from blowing up your hairdryer to drowning your mouse, you can't blame us since you have been warned! Of course we take great care to make sure our information is correct and our source code works like it should, but as it indeed is source code and our information is targetted at programmers, you can check it out yourself to make sure it works correctly. In fact, we encourage you to do so and if you encounter something that's not working like it should or you think could be done better.
So, all that's left to say is that any content on this website (in the legally broadest possible sense) is copyright by the people who wrote it, us authors. You're completely free to do anything you want with the information provided here though. Use it in your projects, use it to tell your boss how great MDX is and you really need to migrate, just go ahead and do it. Except we'd appreciate it if you didn't open up your own tutorial site using our content. That wouldn't be nice, so just don't do that (thanks for that quote, Chad! ).
But why are you reading this anyway? There should be much more interesting stuff on this site to read, so go get to it!
